Next week, I’m going to be in Orlando Conference Centre at ServiceNow Knowledge17. Having attended last year, I know that it’s a great event to learn about the platform, meet new people and create new opportunities for partnership. It’s a pretty hectic couple of days. I’m particularly interested in the IT Keynote on Wednesday.
At Sumerian, we’ve been working with ServiceNow for some time and provide the only Capacity Management integration applications available on the ServiceNow store and we’re fully compatible with the latest Istanbul version.
Our integration approach is to really inform business workflow with capacity information and ensure outage risk is reduced, hardware procurement is targeted where it’s needed the most and operations run smoothly, from request for capacity right through to deployment and on going management. By presenting critical business services from a capacity risk perspective, and quantifying the cost to address those risks, IT can provide the evidence to ensure that changes required to support business growth take place before it’s too late.
I’ll be around the show and always available for a chat or even a demonstration of how our integrations work and plug the gap in the decision making process.
After 7:30pm on Wednesday though, you’ll most likely to find me in Diagon Alley… 😉
