Mark, who joined Sumerian at its inception in 2002, works with enterprise-sized clients to deliver strategic analysis and IT service management innovations. Prior to joining Sumerian, Mark was the Director of Engineering for Cisco Systems in Scotland, the Vice President of Engineering for Atlantech Technologies, and a Senior Engineer with BT.
Peter, who joined Sumerian in 2002, has a broad remit delivering strategic analysis and IT service management recommendations to a range of enterprise-sized clients. Prior to joining Sumerian, Peter was a Technical Leader with Cisco Systems in California, where he worked with large service provider clients and Cisco partners to define network and service management solutions. Peter has 18 years' experience in the industry, spanning research, product development, service management and business analysis.
